Cancellation & Refund Policy

At Temple Prana, we value your commitment and aim to provide clarity on our cancellation and refund policies for all events, services, and offerings.

Event Bookings

Once registered for an event (free or paid), your booking is reserved specifically for you. Due to limited capacity and demand, we maintain the following policies:

  • Free Events: Cancellations are appreciated if you cannot attend, so we may open up spots for others.
  • Paid Events: Cancellations made at least 72 hours before the event may be eligible for a full or partial refund at our discretion.
  • No-shows without prior notice are not eligible for refunds.

Workshops, Retreats & Programs

If you’ve enrolled in a multi-day workshop or retreat, the following policy applies:

  • 7+ days before the event: 80% refund or full credit towards a future event.
  • 3–6 days before the event: 50% refund.
  • Less than 3 days: No refund, unless in the case of a medical emergency (proof may be required).

Cancellation by Temple Prana

If we need to cancel an event or session due to unforeseen circumstances, you will receive a full refund or an option to transfer your booking to a future event.

How to Request a Refund

Please email us at info@templeprana.com with your registration details and reason for cancellation. Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 5–10 business days to your original payment method.
